Rio Tourist Guide

 Botafogo Beach is located in the South Zone of Rio de Janeiro and is bathed by Guanabara Bay. It has dark and polluted waters. The scenery is heavenly with the Pão de Açúcar Mountain in the background, which contrasts with the degradation of the beach. Its surroundings require care as theft is common.

 The Penhasco Dois Irmãos Park is located in the Leblon neighborhood, in the South Zone of Rio de Janeiro. The park entrance is located at the end of Aperana Street.  The park has viewpoints overlooking the beaches of Vidigal, Leblon and Ipanema, Cristo Redentor, Rodrigo de Freitas lagoon and Arpoador rock.

 The Bakers is a bakery located in Copacabana. The place also offers meals such as breakfast and lunch. It has a New York style in its decor and delicious sweets, I recommend the three chocolate pie. The price is right for the products offered.

 Ilha Fiscal is located in Guanabara Bay near Praça XV, the historic center of Rio de Janeiro. It became famous for hosting the last ball of the Portuguese Empire, days before the proclamation of the Republic of Brazil in 1889. Its name is due to the place having served as a customs post in the past. The site is currently managed by the Brazilian Navy and is open to visitation.

 Morro da Urca is the neighboring hill to the famous Pão de Açúcar montain. Usually on postcard photos they appear as a single hill, but they are two rock formations. There are two ways to get to the top of the hill: cable car, the famous "bondinho" and a light level trail that starts at Cláudio Coutinho way, in the left corner of Vermelha beach. From the top of Morro da Urca it is possible to see points such as Cristo Redentor, Botafogo and Flamengo beaches, Santos Dumont Airport, Urca district and the famous Pão de Açúcar Mountain. There are also snack bars, a restaurant, a square for shows and a helipad.
