Churchs in Rio: Metropolitan Cathedral

 The Metropolitan Cathedral of São Sebastião in Rio de Janeiro is located in the Downtown Rio and was built in 1976. Built in a modernist style, it has a cone shape 75 meters high and 106 meters in diameter. It has a capacity for 20 thousand people standing or 5,000 people sitting. Its interior has beautiful stained glass windows that are more evident with the light that comes through the top of the temple.

 Parque Lage is a public park located in the South Zone of Rio de Janeiro city. There are trails, a lake, artificial caves and a beautiful mansion built in the early 20th century. Cascatinha Taunay - A beautiful waterfall

 Cascata Taunay is the largest waterfall in the Tijuca National Park. It is close to the entrance to the Floresta da Tijuca sector. Bathing is prohibited but below the waterfall there is a natural pool where it is possible to bathe.
