Churchs in Rio: Metropolitan Cathedral

 The Metropolitan Cathedral of São Sebastião in Rio de Janeiro is located in the Downtown Rio and was built in 1976.

Built in a modernist style, it has a cone shape 75 meters high and 106 meters in diameter. It has a capacity for 20 thousand people standing or 5,000 people sitting.

Its interior has beautiful stained glass windows that are more evident with the light that comes through the top of the temple.
