OLDEST CINEMA IN RIO DE JANEIRO

 Cine Íris is the oldest cinema in Rio de Janeiro. Located in the city center, it was opened in 1909 and currently works as a pornographic movie theater.

Its facade is preserved but all pomp and luxury is unfortunately in the past. Daily many people pass in front of the building and do not even notice the historic monument.

When walking through the historic center we came across many abandoned historic buildings, the past completely in ruins, a pity.

 Cristo Redentor is the most famous tourist spot in Brazil. It is located at the top of Corcovado Montain in Tijuca National Park. There are two ways to visit it: by van and by train.
