Guanabara Bay

 Guanabara Bay is located in Rio de Janeiro and bathes five other cities in the Metropolitan Region. They are: Niterói, São Gonçalo, Guapimirim, Magé and Duque de Caxias.

Unfortunately it is polluted due to the lack of sanitation in the surrounding cities. Despite this, nature bravely resists. In some sections it is possible to see dolphins and birds.

In the city of Guapimirim there is an ecological reserve that preserves the last mangrove area in the bay.

Pedra da Gávea - The great stone

With 840 meters of altitude it has a heavy level trail that goes to the top of the mountain. From various points in Rio de Janeiro it is possible to see Pedra da Gávea. There are legends that say the stone is actually a Phoenician sphinx. Others say the site is a flying saucer landing site. Cristo Redentor

 Cristo Redentor is the most famous tourist spot in Brazil. It is located at the top of Corcovado Montain in Tijuca National Park. There are two ways to visit it: by van and by train. The company Paineiras Corcovado leaves from various points of the city and continues to the attraction.
