BEACHES IN RIO: PRESENTS FLAMENGO BEACH

 Praia do Flamengo is a beach bathed by the Guanabara Bay. It is located in the neighborhood of Flamengo, in the South Zone of Rio de Janeiro and has the famous Pão de Açúcar Mountain in its landscape.

Unfortunately, it is polluted due to the neglect of Guanabara Bay. But at times it even presents bathing conditions.

The beach is located at Aterro do Flamengo, a large area that has been landfilled and turned into a park.

On weekends and holidays it is usually very busy but be careful, because unfortunately it is common for thefts to occur in some areas of the park.

A beautiful garden - Jardim de Alah

 Jardim de Alah is a public park located between the neighborhoods of Leblon and Ipanema, in the South Zone of Rio de Janeiro. The park was opened in 1938, and borders the canal that bears the same name as the park. Currently the area serves as a leisure area for pets.

Pedra Branca State Park - The largest urban forest in the world.

 The Pedra Branca State Park is in the West Zone of Rio de Janeiro and encompasses eleven neighborhoods in the city. The park is considered one of the largest urban forests in the world. There are trails of all levels that lead to beautiful viewpoints, waterfalls, natural pools, a lake and even wild beaches. The park suffers from abandonment, as the number that takes care of security is very low compared to the size of the area. The forest suffers from the advance of irregular constructions and the action of hunters, which ends up making it difficult to observe the local fauna. Pedra Branca State Park is the highest point in the city at 1025 meters high, but its view is limited due to the vegetation that surrounds the place.
