Rio Historic Center: Pedro Ernesto Palace

 Pedro Ernesto Palace is the seat of the Rio de Janeiro City Council. It is located in the famous Cinelândia square, in the Historic Center of Rio de Janeiro. The building was built at the beginning of the 20th century. 

The staircase of the palace is a famous point of political demonstrations.
