The largest seaside park in the world

Flamengo Park is a public park located in the neighborhood of Flamengo, South Zone of Rio de Janeiro.

It was created from a landfill made in Guanabara Bay. It houses the Museum of Modern Art, Glória marine, Flamengo Beach, the memorial to the dead in World War II, a memorial in honor of the founder of the city and a concert hall.

The park's design was designed by the famous landscaper Roberto Burlemarx. Its entire landscape is listed by national decree.
