Rio Tourist Guide

 Confeitaria Colombo is one of the most traditional bakeries in Rio de Janeiro. Opened in 1894, it is located in the center of Rio de Janeiro. The beautiful building had its architecture preserved and became a tourist spot in the city. On weekends, huge lines form for the traditional breakfast.

The Barra de Guaratiba Beach is located in the neighborhood of the same name in the West Zone of Rio de Janeiro. It has a short strip of sand and an interior city atmosphere. The landscape is marked by the wonderful Restinga da Marambaia. The sea is calm most of the year. The left corner is a natural anchorage where fishermen leave their boats.

 Jardim de Alah is a public park located between the neighborhoods of Leblon and Ipanema, in the South Zone of Rio de Janeiro. The park was opened in 1938, and borders the canal that bears the same name as the park. Currently the area serves as a leisure area for pets.

 Tiradentes Palace is in the center of Rio de Janeiro. It houses the Legislative Assembly of the State of Rio de Janeiro. The building was built in 1926 on the same site as an old jail in the city. The site offers guided tours where information about the site and its functioning is presented.
